How am I supposed to settle in the apartment?
A member of our company’s staff will wait for you in the apartment at the agreed time. He will give you the keys from the apartment, arrange all the papers and accept the payment for the apartment.You can check the location of the apartment on our site.
At what time should I settle?
Pay time – 12 a.m.We can change the time of settlement and departure, if we agree everything with you beforehand. In case of early settlement (before 11 a.m.) or late departure (after 1 p.m.), you will have to pay 50 % of daily cost of the apartment.This payment is caused by the losses we bear denying other client in settlement for 24 hours before your early settlement or after your late departure.
What is included to the cost of the apartment?
Linen and all the appliances;
Energy consumption;
Cold and hot water consumption;
Telephone;
Infotainment;
If you wish – doing the apartment and change of the linen (1 time in three days)
How can I make a prepayment to confirm the booking?
You can make a prepayment by:
1. Visa, Visa Electron, Cirrus, Maestro, Master Card on our site.
2. Clearing.
3. Western Union transfer.
4. Cash (in the office).
How can I make a payment for my stay in the apartments?

Payment for the term of rent is being made beforehand.
How to rent an apartment daily?
Please, choose the apartment you want in the catalogue and book it. Our managers will response to your booking. In case if the apartment is free your booking will be confirmed. If the apartment is occupied a manager will suggest you another variant. To make sure that your apartment is booked, please, make a payment for the first day of your stay. No charge commission.
How to cancel the booking of your daily rental?
We accept the cancelation information only in the written form!
1. In case of booking cancelation more than 8 days prior to your arrival, the deposit is returned in full amount (if the payment is not made in cash the bank commission is withheld).
2. In case of booking cancelation 7 to 3 days prior to the arrival, only 50% of the initial deposit is returned.
3. In case of booking cancelation less than 3 days prior to the arrival, the deposit is not refunded.
4. In case of clients not appearing at the apartment at the stated date, the full amount of deposit is withheld.
Will I get all the papers confirming the payment?
Yes, if you demand it beforehand, our account department prepares the return: a bill, contract (discussed separately).These papers guarantee you opportunity to report to your account department about travel expenses.
How will I pay for speaking?
Local calls are already included to the cost of the apartment.Long distance and international calls are cut off.
How can I make long distance and international calls?
To make long distance and international calls you should buy a telephone card.
Is this a price for the apartment or for the “place”?
Prices are indicated for the apartments but every apartment has a certain number of sleeping places. You can find it in the description of the given flat.
What household appliances I will find in the apartment?
In the description of the apartments on the site you will find the list of household appliances exactly in this apartment. Kitchen of each apartment is equipped with all the necessary wear and cutlery.
What is the location of the apartments daily?
The better part of our apartments is located in the centre of the city.
